Lae Nadzab Airport
Located approximately 42 kilometres from Lea, Lae Nadzab airport is a regional airport for the Morbe Province. The airport was built in 1910 as a mission station and was later developed into a much larger airbase. Nowadays it is used for both private and commercial aviation, acting as a hub for a number of small airlines. The airport has a single runway and a small terminal building with basic facilities. This airport is ideal for those flying by private jet, although airport fees apply.
