A manufacturer needed the cargo delivered in five staggered shipments, with no room for delays on the assembly line.

Moving 12 tonnes of parts to a semiconductor factory

A semiconductor manufacturer asked us to help transport 12 tonnes of parts from Thailand to a factory in Singapore. The payload needed to be split into five smaller shipments, with deliveries staggered in line with the pace of production. Knowing even a few minutes’ delay could disrupt the assembly line, we got to work on a seamless solution.

Our Solution

Route: Bangkok > Singapore

Aircraft: Boeing 737F

We quickly arranged the charter of a Boeing freighter with large doors and a reinforced floor, which was ideal for transporting the heavy and outsized cargo.

Our team coordinated five rotations in total, liaising closely with the operator and handlers to ensure everything ran to the client’s strict schedule.

The Finer Details

Flight Representation: One of our cargo charter experts was on the ground to oversee a smooth loading process and timely departure.
