We were tasked with arranging return air travel for 130 passengers and multiple large instruments.

Flying an orchestra home after a tour

We were tasked with getting an orchestra home from Florida to Ohio following an upcoming tour. Many of the musicians wanted to transport their valuable instruments in the cabin, which isn’t possible on a busy commercial flight, so an aircraft charter was needed to meet their requirements. We got to work on a bespoke solution for the 130 passengers.

Our Solution

Routes: Palm Beach > Cleveland

Aircraft: Airbus A319

Reaching out to operators, we quickly arranged the charter of an Airbus A319. Having used this aircraft for the client before, we knew it was the ideal size for their needs.

The narrow-body jetliner could accommodate the group with several seats left over, enabling large instruments like cellos to be transported next to their owners in the cabin.

Everything ran smoothly on the day of the charter, with the musicians and their instruments arriving back in Ohio promptly.
