Flying a family and their pet poodle between continents
A travel agent got in touch with a charter request for one of their customers. The client lived between their homes in Brazil and France, flying back and forth every three months accompanied by two relatives and their pet poodle. But when their preferred commercial airline changed its policy on animals accompanying owners in the cabin, we were tasked with arranging a private jet charter to ensure the family could stay together.

The client wanted to fly direct, so we sourced an ultra-long-range jet that could travel between South America and Europe without stopping to refuel.
The first flight went off without a hitch and we’ve now been arranging the client’s aircraft charters for over three years.
