Manufactured by Antonov - twin turboprops - medium to short
haul
The AN-26 is very similar to the Fokker 27 in payload and performance.
The AN-26 can take heavier single pieces, and is cheaper to operate
than the Fokker 27. Russian AN-26’s cannot currently obtain
traffic rights for certain European countries such as Germany
and Italy.
