Opening in 1940 the airport has expanded at a rapid rate, now with two terminals and a hotel, and expansion is planned to continue in the future. The airport has undergone a number of modifications to accommodate the Airbus A380s. With three runways and two terminal buildings, this airport is an ideal gateway into Montreal whether for business or leisure.
