We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Account Manager in our Commercial team in London. We are looking for someone with substantial experience gained in the commercial charter industry and a proven track record of success.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with a portfolio of clients who regularly need to charter commercial flights and ensure you offer the best possible service to them at a competitive price. Ongoing relationship management with both clients and suppliers will be a vital part of this position to ensure long-term success.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Generation of new business
- Client and supplier relationship management
- Management of charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- Collaboration with marketing department on advertising campaigns

We require an Accounts Assistant to join our head officeteam who cover the accounts for all of our offices worldwide. This role willinitially be a temporary position to provide up to 12 months maternity coverhowever we are a successful, growing company so it is likely there will bepermanent opportunities for the right person.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be expected to support the business througheffective administration of various aspects of accounts function. This is a hands-onand varied role which will involve working with people inside and outside ofthe accounts department, including people throughout Europe.
Your keyresponsibilities will be:
- Raising sales invoices
- Coding and posting purchase invoices
- Posting payments and receipts
- Recording sales, cost of sales, payments and receipts
The idealcandidate will have approximately two years accounts experience with a desireto continue to pursue a career in finance. They will have exceptional MS Excelskills and be a friendly, team-player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
