Key Responsibilities:
· Managing team daily to ensure they are consistently effective and ultimately working to achieve annual team budget
· Lead from the front as an experienced broker acting as an example of best practice to your team
· Provide clear, timely communication to your team on all relevant matters

· Ensuring your team develop effective customer bases
