ACS Training

ACS’s award winning training programme aims to give our staff greater all round knowledge of the air charter market than any of our competitors, and give them the skills required to provide the best possible service to our clients. All ACS account managers are encouraged to get their hands dirty with the day to day realities of the aviation business and learn about all the different processes and procedures which have to take place on the ground, as well as in the office, for a flight to operate smoothly.

ACS training includes sections such as operations training including flight planning and dispatching, External 7 internal customer service training courses, the legal aspects of air chartering, aircraft familiarisation and air charter brokering. Before speaking to clients, an ACS trainee must spend up to 6 months assisting an experienced account manager.

The ACS training and personal development programme has led to us receiving 2 star accreditation in the Best Companies survey and us being ranked in the top 100 best companies to work for list published by the Sunday Times. ACS has also received the IFW industry ‘people development award’.
