Sublimotion wants to introduce you to a new way to dine, a dining concept that is more a gastronomic showcase than a simple meal.
This dining experience takes place at the Estado Puro by Paco Roncero at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. You’ll enjoy a welcome drink and aperitif before you’re taken through to Sublimotion, a culinary avant-garde show, which brings both gastronomic and technological innovation to the table, and brings together all five senses to create a breath-taking culinary experience.
The main dining room is where the magic begins, and it’s furnished with only a long dining table and eight chairs. There are no windows and every surface is made up of screens of white. After you’re seated, the screens around you burst into life, coating floor, walls and ceiling in all manner of landscapes. Whether you seem to be floating amongst the cloud, descending through the centre of the earth, or feeling the groove in a psychedelic club, every course comes with a story.
