Having worked with us before on similar briefs, the travel company rep had complete faith in ACS to deliver intelligent recommendations that would meet all of their needs.
Within 72 hours, our team had put together a shortlist of suitable aircraft, with an Embraer 145 coming in within the client’s budget. A more spacious Fokker 100 was also suggested, so passengers would be able to move about, mingle or work en route. After discussing the benefits of both, the client chose the larger aircraft, even though it would mean spending slightly more.
Slots were booked to suit their schedule, while fast-track security was arranged in Paris, Rabat and Marrakesh. To make each departure even quicker, passengers were checked in and boarding passes printed in advance, so they could walk straight through security and onto the plane.
On board, customised headrest covers were fitted to personalise the cabin and an ACS rep travelled on all four flights to ensure everything went smoothly.
After a meeting in Rabat overran, our on-board rep and the team back in Paris had to quickly secure a later take-off slot so the group didn’t miss their Marrakesh meeting. Thanks to our rapid reaction, the mission stayed on schedule and their hosts were none the wiser.
